Mother arrested after 2 infants found dead, West Melbourne police say

UPDATE: Deputies from the Brevard County Sheriff's Office said Rachael Lynn Thomas, 30, was arrested on a child neglect charge in connection with the infants' deaths.

West Melbourne police are investigating after two infants were found dead under suspicious circumstances Sunday afternoon, according to a news release.
