Florida teacher accused of drowning raccoons won't face criminal charges

There was no evidence to prove the teacher was unnecessarily cruel when he drowned the raccoons, officials from the state attorney's office said.

The Ocala teacher accused of drowning two raccoons and an opossum while students were present in an agriculture class will not face criminal charges, according to a memo released by the state attorney's office.
