It might be safe to eat romaine lettuce again.

The Centers for Disease Control's Wednesday update on the romaine lettuce E. coli outbreak says the sick count is up to 172 in 32 states, but there should be no tainted romaine lettuce being sold by retailers or served in restaurants.
